ABOUT US

Born in Colorado, Gloria Clair Arteaga’s family moved to Seattle when she was in grade school so her Father could receive his Masters Degree at the University of Washington. Gloria originally started out her career in the commercial sector for Turner Construction working on projects such as The Seahawks Stadium (Lumens Field), The Marriott Waterfront Hotel, Suzzallo Library Renovation and The Zymogenetics – Earl Davie Expansion Project. She spent the majority of her day in the field on project sites, which is where the spark to parlay her commercial construction experience into her own residential building business was first ignited.
